I am really annoyed with your billing department, I received my free issue

so I sent my cheque in to pay for additional issues, never received anything, then I was sent a snotty letter saying I did not pay and they

were sending me to collections, I sent back the letter and told then I

had paid and how rude they were. I still have not received any more issues

but you cashed my cheque no problem!!!!!!!

I will never ever be buying this magazine again, you people are rude

and I don't appreciate being threatened to be sent to collections!!!!!

Monetary Loss: $20.
