All I wanted was a quick answer to what I thought was an easy question. Well that turned out to be a joke.

Finally was connected to someone in the US of America! They wanted my account number.

I do not have an account number.

All they wanted was my last name and zipcode; so they could pull my account!

I have no ACCOUNT!!

What is wrong with these people.

Will never do business with them.

Why does every business send their customer service department overseas?

I am not convenced that the person in the US was actually from America, hard to understand.

Of all the publications out there, Reiman was one that I thought would have great customer service.

Boy was I wrong.

As a former employee of this company I can tell you the last thing they are concerned about is Customer Service. After the company was sold several times in the last 5 - 8 years - All customer service was originally sent to Canada. Now - who knows but it is NOT in North America - anywhere! This used to be an absolutely WONDERFUL place to work. Toward the end of my employment it was like being in a concentration camp! No bathroom breaks allowed unless approved by a supervisor. If you left your desk for ANY reason you were written up and called into a manger's office the very next day. I gave this company 5 years of the best Customer Service possible only to be walked out the door for trying to improve morale and build a better business! I will never purchase any of their magazine or other products.Be warned that they continually send renewal forms hoping that you have forgotten that you already paid for them. You may have a 5 - 10 year subscription without even knowing it! They prey on the elderly in hopes of getting more and more money out of them! PLEASE - do not support this company in anyway!

I would like to speak to someone about my subscription but everytime I call I get someone with a HEAVY accent. Please get prople that speak English. I love your books but do not like your people that answer your questions.

Same thing with overseas customer service representative trying to act like they are americans. What a joke! I can barely understand them, when I did place a order for my sister (country) I wound up getting her copy, plus my own at my address! I tried to get that straightened out to no avail. I now donate her copy and mine to a friend who takes them to her mother's nursing home--- the residents really love these magazines.... So I guess a screw up that has a good ending....even if it isn't the one intended!!!! I wish Reiman would use American workers....

I have had to deal with their customer dis-service dept on several occasions now and OMG I cannot stand them !!!! You would think with all of the unemployed people in the USA that reiman publications could set up a call taking center here. By the time I have to say "I didn't understand you", "could you repeat that", or "what??" seven hundred times during the conversation, I give up and hang up. last night the woman said the issue was mailed on July 38. when I asked her to repeat it, she just spoke louder, when I started to repeat numbers back to her, 30th? NO, 38th she was yelling at me because in whatever language she was speaking, 38th meant 13th. Love the magazine, hate the lack of customer service

WHY?? if we have a canceled from you----why do you not understsnd when we contact you TWO time stating that! I refuse to answer you any more at @ .42 a shot! 

Just cancel the both subscrirtions if you desire-! what a disapointment you folks are!
